Throughout the last year, PARAISO HUATULCO saw a steady growth in the planning and realization of conventions and incentives within the Huatulco area. We credit this to the strength within our organization and the personalized service we give to our clients, but also leave him/her with an unforgettable experience.

BASIC SERVICES INCLUDE:

-Reservations of all venues available, transportation, escorts and service for your complete program.
-Negotiations of rates and control of costs throughout the program with local suppliers.
-Logistics. Audio-visual services.
-A thoroughly experienced PARAISO HUATULCO program manager throughout the program.
-Motorcoach sings imprinted with group name.
-One welcome information package per person.
-On-site coordination of the entire program, with control of expenses and swift detailed billing.

Departure information posted in the hotel lobby. Assistance for airline reconfirmations and seat assignments (when available). Boarding passes provided (depending on airline) to avoid waiting in line at check-in counter.

SITE INSPECTION

We welcome this as an opportunity of showing you or your clients some of the facilities that Huatulco has to offer for a success program. PARAISO HUATULCO SERVICE GUIDELINES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

-We secure complimentary or reduce rate facilities form hotels and other suppliers on your behalf, as far as possible.
-Whenever possible, we host the prospective client and your staff member to a meal.
-We make no charge for in-house staff time.
-We invoice all other costs (i.e.net disbursements /out-of-pocket expenses) to you at net cost.
-If the projected program materializes (for you and us!!) we absorb part of the site inspection cost retroactively, crediting you with a portion of the invoiced cost at “final billing stage”.
-Clearly, the portion that we can afford will be proportional to the ground services being entailed.
